Get Registered and Listed in Our Directory
Companies must register and get listed in our directory of participating manufacturers, retailers, and brands in order to be granted permission to use our trademarked name and logo. It’s free, but you must qualify by submitting the necessary forms outlined in steps 1, 2, and 3 below.
The company that supplies you with CertiPUR-US® certified foam, or products containing certified foam, must submit Supplier Verification Form A on your behalf. This document is your supplier’s assurance to us (and you) that they are selling you CertiPUR-US certified foam. (Exception: if you are a retailer selling brands that are already listed in our directory and you do not offer any house or private label brands containing CertiPUR-US certified foam, then no Supplier Verification Form A is needed.)
In order to register and complete the required Form B (below), you’ll need the 16-digit number that appears on you certificate of completion after taking our 20-minute, online Certificate of Knowledge course. It’s easy, but important in assuring us you understand CertiPUR-US Program Rules and can speak to your customers about the program with confidence and credibility.
Important things to know when promoting your participation:
- Always spell CertiPUR-US® correctly.
- Make it clear only the foam is certified – not the entire mattress or upholstered furniture.
- Don’t over-claim. Refer to this chart about what you can and cannot say about certified foam. Send marketing materials to email@example.com for pre-approval before you post, print, package, promote, or publicize content using the CertiPUR-US name or logo.
It is now required that registered/listed companies update their listings annually by submitting Directory Listing Update Form C.
